سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام

تنطبق هذه الوثيقة على خدمات Rayza Technology ومنها أداة Rayza Media (بوت وموقع التحميل). باستخدامك للخدمة فأنت توافق على ما يلي. نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك، وفي المقابل تلتزم أنت باستخدامٍ مسؤول. This document applies to Rayza Technology services, including the Rayza Media tool (download bot & website). By using the service you agree to the terms below. We protect your privacy; in return, you commit to responsible use.

أولاً: الخصوصية Privacy

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

معرّف حسابك في تلكرام واسم المستخدم واللغة المفضّلة.
الروابط التي ترسلها — تُعالَج مؤقتاً فقط لإتمام التحميل ثم تُهمَل.
سجلّات تقنية محدودة (أخطاء وأداء) لتشغيل الخدمة.

لا نجمع محتوى محادثاتك الخاصة، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا أي بيانات لا تحتاجها الخدمة.

1. Data we collect. Your Telegram user ID, username, and language preference; the links you send (processed temporarily only to complete the download, then discarded); limited technical logs (errors & performance). We do not collect the content of your private chats, your contacts, or any data the service does not need.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

2. How we use your data. To operate and deliver the download service; for general statistics (number of users and requests) to improve the service; and to enforce these terms and prevent abuse.

3. حماية محادثاتك وعدم التخزين

✓ لا نخزّن محادثاتك أو ملفاتك.
✓ كل ملفٍ يُحذف تلقائياً فور إرساله إليك.
✓ جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS).
✓ لا يطّلع أحدٌ على نشاطك يدوياً إلا عند مخالفة الشروط. ✓ We don't store your chats or files. ✓ Every file is deleted automatically right after it's sent to you. ✓ All communications are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). ✓ No one reviews your activity manually unless the terms are violated.

ملاحظة: بوتات تلكرام لا توفّر تشفيراً طرفياً (E2E)؛ لذلك نلتزم بعدم التخزين وعدم الاطلاع بدلاً من ادّعاء ما لا يمكن ضمانه.

Note: Telegram bots do not provide end-to-end encryption; therefore we commit to no-storage and no-access rather than claiming what cannot be guaranteed.

4. لوحة التحكم والإشراف

لأغراض التشغيل والإحصاء، قد يطّلع المشرفون على أسماء المستخدمين وأرقام الإحصاء (عدد المستخدمين، عدد الطلبات). كما يحقّ للمشرف التواصل مع أي مستخدم أو منعه من الخدمة عند الحاجة (مثل مخالفة الشروط). ومع ذلك، لا يطّلع المشرفون على محتوى رسائلك أو ما تحمّله، إلا في حالة رصد مخالفة صريحة كما هو موضّح في قسم الشروط.

4. Dashboard & moderation. For operation and statistics, administrators may view usernames and aggregate stats (user count, request count). Administrators may also contact any user or ban them from the service when needed (e.g. a terms violation). Even so, administrators do not view the content of your messages or downloads, except when an explicit violation is detected as described in the Terms section.

5. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرفٍ ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. تنطبق سياسة تلكرام نفسها على استخدامك للتطبيق.

5. Third-party sharing. We do not sell or share your data with any third party for marketing. Telegram's own policy applies to your use of the app itself.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

الملفات المحمّلة: تُحذف فوراً بعد الإرسال.
بيانات الحساب (المعرّف/اللغة/الإحصاء): تُحفظ طوال استخدامك للخدمة.
يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

6. Retention & deletion. Downloaded files are deleted immediately after sending. Account data (ID/language/stats) is kept while you use the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. حقوق المستخدم

لك الحق في الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو طلب حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، عبر وسيلة التواصل المذكورة في نهاية الصفحة.

7. Your rights. You have the right to access, delete, or object to the processing of your data via the contact method at the end of this page.

8. السن المسموح

الخدمة مخصّصة لمن أعمارهم 13 عاماً فأكثر. ويُمنع منعاً باتاً استخدامها لأي محتوى إباحي أو غير لائق كما هو مفصّل في الشروط.

8. Age. The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Any use for pornographic or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited, as detailed in the Terms.

ثانياً: الشروط والمسؤولية Terms & Responsibility

9. مسؤولية المستخدم

أنت وحدك المسؤول الكامل عن أي محتوى تحمّله أو تحفظه عبر الخدمة. Rayza Media مجرّد أداة وسيطة لحفظ محتوى متاحٍ علناً، ولا تنتج المحتوى ولا تملكه.

9. User responsibility. You alone are fully responsible for any content you download or save through the service. Rayza Media is merely an intermediary tool for saving publicly available content; it neither produces nor owns that content.

10. المسؤولية الأخلاقية للمحتوى

نحترم القيم، والمسؤولية الأخلاقية والدينية عن استخدامك تقع عليك أنت:

مسؤولية شخصيةPersonal responsibility

الأغاني أو الموسيقى الموجودة ضمن الفيديوهات مسؤوليتها شخصية على المستخدم أمام ربّه، ولا نراقبها ولا نحاسب عليها.

Music or songs contained within videos are the user's personal responsibility before God; we do not monitor them and do not hold users accountable for them.

ممنوع منعاً باتاًStrictly prohibited

تحميل أو نشر المحتوى الإباحي، أو صور وفيديوهات العري، أو أي محتوى جنسي صريح. مخالفة ذلك تُعرّض الحساب للحظر الفوري.

Downloading or sharing pornographic content, nude images or videos, or any explicit sexual content. Violations lead to an immediate ban.

11. الإشراف المحدود

لا نراقب نشاطك العام ولا نتتبّع ما تحمّله. نكتفي بمراجعة المحتوى المخالف المُبلّغ عنه أو المرصود آلياً (خاصةً المحتوى الإباحي) — لا أكثر.

11. Limited moderation. We do not monitor your general activity or track what you download. We only review violating content that is reported or automatically flagged (especially pornographic content) — nothing more.

12. حقوق النشر

احترام حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية مسؤوليتك وحدك. بصفتنا أداةً وسيطة، لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن انتهاكٍ يرتكبه المستخدم. إن كنت صاحب حقٍّ وتعتقد أن محتوى يُنتهَك، تواصل معنا.

12. Copyright. Respecting copyright and intellectual property is solely your responsibility. As an intermediary tool, we bear no liability for any infringement committed by a user. Rights holders may contact us regarding any concern.

13. إساءة الاستخدام

يُمنع الاستخدام المفرط أو الآلي أو أي محاولة لإلحاق الضرر بالخدمة أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين.

13. Abuse. Excessive or automated use, or any attempt to harm the service or other users, is prohibited.

14. إيقاف الخدمة والحظر

يحق لنا تقييد أو إيقاف أو حظر أي مستخدم يخالف هذه الشروط، دون إشعارٍ مسبق وبما يحفظ سلامة الخدمة.

14. Suspension & ban. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or ban any user who violates these terms, without prior notice, to protect the integrity of the service.

15. تعديلات السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه الوثيقة من وقتٍ لآخر، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة موافقةً على النسخة المحدّثة.

15. Changes. We may update this document from time to time; your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
