توضح هذه الصفحة شروط الاستخدام وكيفية التعامل مع البيانات في موقع Rayza Technology، وتطبيق دعاء العهد، وبوت التحميل Rayza Media وبوت التواصل Rayza Support. يدير هذه الخدمات Mohammed Reza. تختلف البيانات بحسب الخدمة التي تختار استخدامها؛ ولا يعني زيارة الموقع إنشاء حساب في التطبيق أو الاشتراك في أي بوت.

This page explains use and data handling for the Rayza Technology website, Dua al-Ahd, Rayza Media downloader and Rayza Support bot, operated by Mohammed Reza. Data differs by service. Visiting the website does not create an app account or subscribe you to a bot.

تنطبق شروط الاستخدام على هذه الخدمات، إلى جانب شروط المنصات التي تشغّلها. أي خدمة أخرى أو ميزة جديدة لها معالجة مختلفة للبيانات تحتاج إلى توضيح خاص بها. موقع موالي الصغير وخدماته متوقفة حالياً للصيانة والتطوير.

These terms apply alongside the rules of the platforms providing the services. Other services or new features with different data handling require their own notice. Mowali Al-Sagheer and its services are currently closed for maintenance and development.

على جهازكOn your device

تُحفظ محلياً أيام القراءة وسجل المواظبة والإنجازات، وآخر قراءة، وإعدادات اللغة والمظهر وحجم الخط والعدّاد، ووقت التذكير، والمدينة المختارة وبيانات وقت الفجر. الغرض هو استمرار تجربتك عند إغلاق التطبيق والعودة إليه. هذه السجلات تعبّر عن استخدامك لأقسام دينية، فتعامل معها بوصفها معلومات شخصية حساسة.

Reading days, practice history, achievements, last reading, language, appearance, text size, counter settings, reminder time, selected city and dawn-time information are stored locally to preserve your experience. These records reflect use of religious features and should be treated as sensitive personal information.

الحساب والمزامنةAccount and cloud data

الحساب اختياري. عند إنشائه بالبريد أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، تتعامل Firebase Authentication مع هوية الحساب والبريد وبيانات تسجيل الدخول. يُحفظ الاسم والدولة والصورة التي تختار إضافتها في Cloud Firestore. لا تُحفظ كلمة المرور في قاعدة بيانات خادم التطبيق الخاص بنا.

An account is optional. Email registration or Google sign-in uses Firebase Authentication for account identity, email and sign-in data. Your chosen name, country and optional photo are stored in Cloud Firestore. Your password is not stored in our app server’s database.

ما يظهر في قائمة الملتزمينWhat other signed-in users can see

عند تسجيل الدخول وإكمال إعداد الحساب، يُزامَن الاسم والدولة والصورة المصغّرة أو رابط صورة الحساب، مع رصيد المواظبة وأفضل رصيد وتاريخ التحديث. تظهر هذه البيانات للمستخدمين المسجّلين في قائمة الملتزمين. لا تُنشر المدينة المختارة لأوقات الصلاة في القائمة. يمكنك تعديل الاسم أو إزالة الصورة من حسابك؛ وتسجيل الخروج وحده لا يحذف السجل المنشور.

After sign-in and profile setup, your name, country, thumbnail or profile-photo URL, current and best practice counts, and update time are synced to the leaderboard, visible to signed-in users. Your prayer-time city is not published there. You can edit your name or remove your photo; signing out alone does not delete the published entry.

الإشعارات وأوقات الصلاة والصورةNotifications, prayer times and your photo

يُستخدم Firebase Cloud Messaging للإشعارات. يصل رمز الإشعارات إلى خادم التطبيق، ويُحفظ كبصمة أحادية الاتجاه، مع المنصة وإصدار التطبيق ورصيد المواظبة ووقت التسجيل وآخر اتصال. تُرسل الإشعارات العامة عبر Firebase. تستطيع إيقاف عرضها من إعدادات النظام؛ وهذا لا يحذف السجل التقني تلقائياً.

Firebase Cloud Messaging handles push notifications. The app server receives a notification token and stores a one-way fingerprint, alongside platform, app version, practice counts, registration and last-contact times. General notifications use Firebase. Disabling notifications in system settings does not automatically delete this technical record.

تختار المدينة يدوياً، وتُرسل إحداثياتها إلى Aladhan لجلب وقت الفجر؛ التطبيق لا يطلب تتبّع موقعك عبر GPS. وقد يطلب النظام إذن الإشعارات أو التنبيه الدقيق لتذكيرك، أو إتاحة الصورة التي تختارها لحسابك. لا تطلب النسخة الحالية جهات الاتصال أو رقم الهاتف، ولا ترفع مكتبة صورك كاملة.

You select a city manually; its coordinates are sent to Aladhan for dawn times. The app does not request GPS tracking. Your device may ask for notification or exact-alarm permission, or access to the photo you select for your profile. The current version does not request contacts or a phone number, or upload your entire photo library.

عندما تراسل البوتWhen you message a bot

يستقبل البوت ما ترسله إليه من رسائل وروابط وملفات، مع معرّف حسابك الرقمي والاسم واسم المستخدم واللغة إذا أتاحتها تيليجرام. وقد تتاح صورة ملفك العامة وفق إعدادات المنصة. هذه الصلاحيات لا تعني أن البوت يستطيع تصفّح هاتفك أو قراءة جميع محادثاتك.

A bot receives messages, links and files you send it, together with your numeric user ID, name, username and language when provided by Telegram. Public profile photos may also be available under platform settings. This does not give a bot general access to your phone or all your chats.

داخل المجموعات والقنواتGroups and channels

يعتمد وصول البوت في المجموعة على وضع الخصوصية وصلاحياته. مع وضع الخصوصية يرى عادةً الأوامر والردود والتفاعلات الموجّهة إليه؛ وإذا كان مشرفاً أو عُطّل هذا الوضع فقد يستقبل نطاقاً أوسع من الرسائل. وقد يستقبل منشورات القنوات المضاف إليها. يمكنك مراجعة وضع الخصوصية والصلاحيات من معلومات المجموعة.

Group access depends on privacy mode and permissions. With privacy mode, bots generally receive relevant commands, replies and interactions. Administrators or bots with privacy mode disabled may receive a wider range of messages. Bots can also receive posts from channels they belong to. Review their permissions in group information.

ما لا يصل تلقائياًWhat is not automatically shared

بدء البوت لا يمنحه رقم هاتفك أو موقعك الدقيق أو جهات اتصالك؛ قد تصله معلومات تشاركها بنفسك. الروابط الخارجية والتطبيقات المصغّرة تستطيع استقبال بيانات الاتصال مثل عنوان IP عند فتحها. وربط بوت بحساب أعمال قد يمنحه وصولاً إضافياً إلى المحادثات التي تفوّضه لإدارتها. محادثة البوت العادية ليست محادثة سرية مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف؛ لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز دخول.

Starting a bot does not automatically share your phone number, precise location or contacts; information you explicitly send can reach it. External websites and mini apps may receive your IP address when opened. A bot connected to a Business account can gain access to chats you authorise it to manage. Ordinary bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

بوت التواصل — Rayza SupportRayza Support contact bot

رسالتك ومرفقاتها تُنسخ إلى المشرف ليقرأها ويرد عليك، ويصل معها اسمك واسم المستخدم ومعرّف حسابك. تُحفظ اللغة المختارة وخريطة تربط رسائل الدعم بحسابك لتوصيل الردود. قد تبقى نسخة من الرسالة في محادثة الدعم على تيليجرام؛ لذلك لا تُعامل هذه المحادثة بوصفها مجهولة الهوية.

Your message and attachments are copied to the administrator for review and reply, together with your name, username and user ID. Your language and a mapping between support messages and your account are stored to route replies. Copies can remain in the Telegram support chat; this is not an anonymous conversation.

بوت التحميل — Rayza MediaRayza Media downloader

يُحفظ معرّف المستخدم واسمه واسم المستخدم واللغة وأوقات أول وآخر استخدام وعدّاد التنزيلات وحالة الحظر. ويُسجّل نوع الطلب ومنصّته ووقته ونجاحه أو فشله لأغراض التشغيل والإحصاء ومنع الإساءة. تُعالج الروابط والوسائط التي ترسلها لإتمام الطلب، وقد تتصل الخدمة بمنصّة المصدر لجلب المحتوى.

Stored records include user ID, name, username, language, first and last use, download count and restriction status. Request type, platform, time and success or failure are recorded for operation, statistics and abuse prevention. Submitted links and media are processed to fulfil requests, including contact with the source platform.

تُزال ملفات العمل المؤقتة في مسار تنظيف الطلب. وتوجد ذاكرة مؤقتة تتضمن بصمة الرابط ومعرّف ملف تيليجرام ونوعه وعنوانه وتاريخ إنشائه، مع تنظيف دوري للسجلات الأقدم من سبعة أيام. هذه المدة تخص ذاكرة الملفات المؤقتة، ولا تعني حذف سجل المستخدم أو نسخ تيليجرام بعد سبعة أيام.

Temporary working files are removed by request cleanup. A cache stores a URL fingerprint, Telegram file ID, media type, title and creation time; a periodic job removes cache records older than seven days. This applies to the cache, not to user records or copies held by Telegram.

تتيح أدوات الإدارة الاطّلاع على بيانات التشغيل والإحصاءات، والتواصل مع المستخدمين أو تقييد الوصول عند الحاجة. وقد يراجع المسؤول محتوى يصل عبر الدعم أو البلاغات لمعالجة المشكلة. حظر البوت يوقف تواصله معك، لكنه لا يُعدّ طلباً تلقائياً لحذف السجلات السابقة.

Administrative tools provide access to operational records and statistics, allow user contact and access restrictions, and support review of submitted support or report content. Blocking a bot stops its messages to you but does not automatically request deletion of previous records.

عند تغيير اللغة يدوياً، يحفظ الموقع اختيارك في التخزين المحلي للمتصفح. يمكنك إزالة هذا التفضيل بمسح بيانات الموقع. لا يلزم إنشاء حساب لتصفّح الموقع، ولا تُستخدم في هذه الواجهة أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.

A manual language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes it. Browsing requires no account, and this interface does not use advertising trackers.

إذا لم يكن لديك اختيار محفوظ، يطلب المتصفح تحديد بلد الاتصال من خدمة Country لاختيار العربية أو الإنكليزية. يتلقّى مزوّد الخدمة عنوان IP بحكم الاتصال به؛ لا يطلب الموقع موقع GPS ولا يحفظ نتيجة هذا الطلب في حساب شخصي. إذا تعذّر تحديد البلد، تُستخدم لغة المتصفح. وقد تنشأ لدى الاستضافة سجلات اتصال وأخطاء تقنية عند الزيارة.

Without a saved preference, your browser contacts Country to identify the connection country and choose Arabic or English. The provider receives your IP address as part of that connection. The site does not request GPS location or save the result in a personal account. Browser language is the fallback. Hosting may also produce connection and error logs.

تُستخدم البيانات لتقديم الميزة التي طلبتها، وحفظ الإعدادات والتقدّم، وإدارة الحساب والترتيب، وإيصال الإشعارات والردود، وتشخيص الأعطال والحد من الإساءة. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع جهات أخرى لأغراض التسويق.

Data supports requested features, preferences and progress, accounts and ranking, notifications and replies, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We do not sell your data or share it with other parties for marketing.

تعالج Google Firebase بيانات الحساب والترتيب والإشعارات، وAladhan طلب وقت الفجر، وTelegram بيانات البوتات والمراسلات، وCountry طلب بلد الاتصال. وتعالج جهات الاستضافة والبريد ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة والتواصل. تخضع معالجة كل مزوّد لسياساته، وقد تتم خارج بلدك. وقد نكشف معلومات لازمة استجابةً لطلب قانوني ملزم أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة وفق القانون.

Google Firebase handles accounts, ranking and notifications; Aladhan handles dawn-time requests; Telegram handles bot interactions; Country handles country lookup. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the service and communicate. Their policies apply and processing may occur outside your country. Necessary disclosure may follow a binding legal request or lawful protection of rights and safety.

حذف حساب دعاء العهدDeleting a Dua al-Ahd account

من إعدادات الحساب داخل التطبيق يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب بعد إعادة التحقق من هويتك. تحذف العملية ملفك السحابي وسجلّك في قائمة الملتزمين وحساب تسجيل الدخول. حذف التطبيق وحده أو تسجيل الخروج لا ينفّذ هذا الحذف. البيانات المحلية وإعدادات القراءة تُدار بصورة منفصلة، ويمكن مسحها من بيانات التطبيق على جهازك.

The app’s account settings allow account deletion after identity verification. This removes your cloud profile, leaderboard entry and sign-in account. Uninstalling or signing out alone does not perform that deletion. Local reading data and preferences are separate and can be cleared from the app’s data on your device.

سجلات البوتات والدعمBot and support records

يمكنك طلب الاطّلاع على البيانات المرتبطة بك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر البريد أو بوت الدعم. اذكر الخدمة ومعرّفك فيها دون إرسال كلمة مرور. قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل التنفيذ. حذف سجل من أنظمتنا لا يضمن حذف النسخ التي يحتفظ بها تيليجرام أو مستلم آخر؛ تُدار تلك النسخ عبر المنصة نفسها.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of records associated with you. Specify the service and your identifier, without sending a password. Ownership may need verification. Deletion from our systems does not guarantee deletion of copies held by Telegram or another recipient; those copies are managed through the platform.

لا توجد مدة واحدة لجميع البيانات: بيانات الحساب والتشغيل والدعم قد تبقى حتى حذفها أو انتهاء الحاجة إليها، بينما تخضع ذاكرة التنزيل المؤقتة للتنظيف الموضّح أعلاه. لا نعد بحذف فوري وشامل من النسخ الاحتياطية أو أنظمة المزوّدين. نوضح عند معالجة طلبك ما يمكن حذفه وما يتعيّن الاحتفاظ به لسبب تشغيلي أو قانوني مشروع.

There is no single retention period: account, operational and support records may remain until deletion or the end of their purpose; download caches follow the cleanup described above. We do not promise instant removal from every backup or provider system. When handling your request, we explain what can be removed and any legitimate operational or legal retention.

نستخدم الاتصالات الآمنة حيث تدعمها الخدمة، والتحقق من الحساب وصلاحيات الإدارة لحماية الوصول. مع ذلك، لا يوجد نظام يضمن الأمان المطلق. لا تشارك بيانات دخولك، ولا ترسل إلى البوت ما لا تريد وصوله إلى الجهة التي تعالج الطلب أو الدعم. تواصل معنا إذا لاحظت وصولاً غير مصرح به أو إساءة.

Secure connections where supported, account verification and administrative access controls help protect access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share sign-in credentials or send bots material you do not want the service or support operator to receive. Report suspected unauthorised access or misuse.

على القاصر استخدام الخدمات بإشراف وليّه وبما يناسب عمره، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات العمر والموافقة لدى المنصات والقوانين المعمول بها. لا ترسل بيانات طفل أو صورته إلى الدعم أو البوتات دون حاجة وإذن مناسب. وأي عودة لخدمات موالي الصغير التي تتعامل مع بيانات الأطفال تحتاج إلى توضيح سياسة تلك المعالجة قبل استخدامها.

Minors should use services with guardian supervision appropriate to their age and follow applicable platform and legal age or consent requirements. Do not send a child’s information or photo to support or bots without need and appropriate permission. Any return of Mowali Al-Sagheer features handling children’s data requires a clear notice before use.

قد تتوقف بعض الميزات للصيانة أو تتغير بحسب توافر الخدمات الخارجية. لا يغني المحتوى الديني أو وقت الصلاة المعروض عن الرجوع إلى المصدر الديني أو التوقيت المعتمد عند الحاجة. لا تنتقص هذه الشروط من الحقوق التي لا يجوز إسقاطها بموجب القانون.

Features may be interrupted for maintenance or change with third-party availability. Religious content and displayed prayer times do not replace consultation of appropriate religious sources or accepted local timings when needed. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
